Hi, I would like to know if anyone has been able to successfully issued tickets to their nominees?
I have been communicating with them for more than two weeks now and still dont know what the status is.
I had successfully added the nominee onto myself and my son's account.
Combined together, myself and my son would give the nominee one return ticket from Kota Kinabalu to Singapore.
The Australian general line is terrible and as I work during the day, it is quite impossible to keep myself on the line for too long.
I had send two emails so far and apart from the acknowledgement, I hear nothing.
Could be the festive season, but I can only check...

Welcome to AFF.
Unfortunately, you can't "combine together", i.e. no pooling and no transfers between accounts.
The miles required for your redemption can only come out of one account.
I suggest, if you have enough miles in each of your account and your son's account,
to redeem one way from your account,
and one way from your son's account.

Also consider that you should be able to do this redemption online via the website. That might give more certainty without having to call them. Also might save 15% on required miles.
