Epiqure Bonus 8000 points for any 24 bottles

Ok...placed 2 orders of 2 dozen each a week ago; so expecting 4 boxes of wine but only found 3 boxes at my back door. Is this what others have experienced? I would have thought all 4 boxes would have been delivered at the same time. The online tracking notice says all the wine has been delivered...so where is the missing box (a dozen bottles)?

Seems to be all a bit more chaotic than usual at Epiqure, I received my 24 bottles today but unfortunately six of them were not what I had ordered. I've written to them so let's see how quick their customer service will fix this. I better don't expect those six bottles to arrive before Xmas which sucks big time!

I also placed 2 orders of 2 dozen and have 1 carton from each! Aust Post have the order as delivered in full and Epicure say its an Aust Post issue. More investigation required into tracking numbers at my end.

I'll wait and see if the missing box turns up tomorrow before I start to chase it up...

Sorry but my order arrived last Wednesday after ordering the previous Thursday so very happy. My AusPost person always leaves them out of view down the side of the house so also no complaints on that front. I am sure with the amount being ordered of late an issue lies around the corner. My argument with Epiqure will come if I do not get the 4k bonus soon from an earlier promotion - I will give them until Jan on that one!

I have received both of my orders OK (have a PO box). However, I ordered two dozen of the festive season mix dozen and didnt receive 4 of the wines I expected. The original website dozen had the Seppelts Xavier Shiraz 2008 (no disclaimer) but this was replaced with the Wynns Cab/Sh/Merlot 2010. Checking the website today it had changed to the Wynns and added a disclaimer that some wines may need to be replaced.

I rang this morning and they girl said they have instructions that if someone rings and queries this, Epicure will send the Seppelts and there is no need to return the Wynns. That's not bad service and I am very pleased I rang

I have 4 dozen of the same in transit, and that is the very wine I was keen to get so if its not included, I will be ringing, thanks for posting! It would appear their offer was a tad oversubscribed, hope they do more ;)

Just checked and delivery is scheduled for today for the four dozen, hopefully intact, my flatmate will be unhappy if anything is missing since its for them and the Xaviers was on my recommendation.

Oredered a single case with 10% discount 6/12/2012. Receipt noted 2,405 QFF points. Received e-mail 7/12/2012 (Fri) saying dispatched. Points posted yesterday. Checked tracking today - says delivery was attempted morning of 9/12/12 (Sun), which it wasn't! I was home all day except a short while in the late afternoon! Has been at DC since then, with no sign of card in my letterbox!

Wonder how many bottles were broken...the packing is very flimsy and poor, IMHO.

I got my 2 cartons yesterday and also thought the same thing. Putting that 13th bottle on it's side and immediately up against the others is just asking for trouble.

New offer today is 6 points per dollar spent for orders over $200. Not worth me ordering this week so the credit card gets a rest. I'm not sure if there are any wines that attract bonus points at the moment but this offer along with bonus points would make it more attractive.

The Seppelt is replaced by a Wynns too, and the Sideways white gets a year older (I unpacked my case yesterday).

Note the various price differences on the substitutes as well, with the delta for the Seppelt vs Wynns being $4 a bottle less.

Placed 2 orders for 2 x Christmas dozen each.

Have now received all 4 dozen, but only 1 x 8000 bonus. Puzzled

Is this bonus point promotion still going?

Got a email from Epicure today stating instead of 3 points this week, it will be 6 points per dollar till 17th Dec.

I suspect that bonus is for the fourth dozen ordered in the first year, the 8000 per two dozen will be paid within 6 weeks.
