I was in J on Qantas from Singapore - Sydney a couple of days ago and noticed that they didn't hand out an PJ nor amenity pack. I didn't ask coz my J was an free upgrade from the cabin crew manager anyway but wondering if they stopped doing this altogether or just on that route?

On another note, has anyone got any experience in writing letter of compliment to crew member for exceptional service etc? Do they actually pass it to the crew member? I don't want to waste my time if the letter just end up in the bin.

a girl i know works on checkin at Jet* . She got a compliment letter from a customer and was rewarded with 2 return tickets to HNL in star class. So take the time to post a reply cause it seems they are notified of your email/letter.

Yes, email customer care on QF website. I have previously nominated crew, and found out later that they were awarded an internal QANTAS award.
