I am a QFF off to Brazil via Santiago - flying LAN (which codeshares with QANTAS) - then on to Rio & Sao Paolo. Can I earn SC / points on LAN internal flights?

Check the QFF earning table, being Oneworld there shouldn't be an issue provided the fare class is eligible.

Welcome to AFF :D

Whether you earn or not mainly depends on the booking class and flight number of each flight segment.

Apart from what serfty posted above, points and status credits are very slow to post from Lan flights. Our Scl-Ipc and Scl-Lim-Cuz flights on Lan took more than a week to post. And no QF Platinum bonus either!:(

I have been flying LAN internally for 3 years and can confirm that you absolutely do get SC's.
In the past they have been very very late to appear in my account, and for a period you would have to contact QF directly with boarding cards to get them.
The computer glitch that caused this would appear to be fixed, but I'd still recommend keeping your boarding card and tickets.

looks like the question has been answered...just checked and yes, i received credits for all but one leg, but that was probably on a non-earning fare, as the flight is showing up on my activity statement...
