I'd be interested to know what sort of premium these guys will need to charge, and if there really are that many families travelling to warrant a plane for families.

Personally I believe that with a little preparation it's more than easy taking the family away for a trip using more traditional airlines. Yes, you'll get exceptions every so often eg an hour of out landing in PER last year, my boys decided they'd had just about enough, did not make for a fun hour of flying but I expect that could happen on any airline, child friendly or not.
