It claims"That’s 3,000 Velocity Points per qualifying stay.*" is that correct? I stay 1 night and i get 3k bonus DJ points? That sounds too good to be true.

You earn 1000 points per stay as a miles earner, so it would be 3000 per stay under this promo. Personally I am using the VS promo.
