Nah, already well stocked for fluro vests... I can bring mine along with me tomorrow if people like?

Did I forget to mention the JT terms and conditions of carriage? Silly me.

1. No Fluoros!
2. No Fluoros!
3. No Fluoros!

Apologies to Monty Python.

I think I can abide by that, besides mine are hiding somewhere in my garage and it'd take way to long to find one.

I've realised it's a tad difficult to get to the other side of the bay in time for me to do this, so I'll be a scratching for the day. :(

I thought I had a lift there, but that has fallen over. Will try to get up to the airport for lunch at the Holiday Inn though. Any estimate on time for that?

I think I may be in a similar boat.

Given that I did not leave the office until about 21:30 last night (and thus missed out on dinner with lawlass and samiam), I am overdue for a sleep in!

I shall assess how I feel in the morning, and will keep tabs on the thread. It will be good to see people, but getting across to Point Cook for 10am would mean waking up early-ish, so the airport lunch/lounging is probably a more feasible prospect.

If people find themselves in need of libations on Saturday evening drop me a line. May have some jet lag (currently sitting at LAX awaiting the good ship VA12 to take me home) but would be nice to see some old friends and maybe make some new ones over some quiet libations (and I do mean quiet!). Chances are I'll be around here and lots of people here have my number anyway. I'll be at home all day and night recovering :)

I have to be in Fitzroy at 2pm, so I doubt I'll be able to get to lunch... not sure a skybus trip is worth it when I'd have to rush back.

And drinks. You missed lots and lots of drinks.

Nearly forgot, I'm at HSW tomorrow and not HOTP
I will leave my carry-on there early am.
I can catch a cab to HOTP and will wait there for you markis10

No worries!

I could be interested in a lift at 9;30am from HOTP, maybe you already filled the bus, I was speaking to someone today who suggest Point Cook is worth a look.

You have a seat Bundy!

I have a couple of spare seats. Get in at 830 omg dj flt ex Bne. I do have a very brief business appointment to make either on the way out to pt cook or back but it will be no more than 45 mins duration. Let me know if anyone needs a lift

That would be DJ 304... see you in the Lounge

No worries, need a lift?

I have accepted a very kind invitation from JessicaTam, but as there will be 5 pax on board it makes sense to take up your invite.

I will PM the others so they can stretch out in the Subaru.

I will also PM you my details

For my northern brethren, be aware that it's pretty darn cold in Melbourne!

Pfft, they don't know the meaning of cold... I see for CBR it's going to be -2C when I get up (and no doubt some degree of de-icing of both car and plane will happen), MEL it's a low of a balmy 11C...
Although both have highs of 16C...

That 11 degrees doesn't take account of wind chill. And it's a bit colder here than Brisbane...
