Did a one day rental in January this year with Budget.
Manager asked me for a "flybuys or QFF" card. ( didn't have PC at the time )

Months later, still no points.

Phone calls later, still no points.

Finally, to Budget Head Office ...

" Sorry about the misunderstanding. We don't offer loyalty card points on truck rentals".

Yes you do. ( referring to T&Cs on QFF website + PC shopping website )

Round and round we go ....

I'm talking, like 700 QFF max. but it's the principle, of course !!

Matter referred to NSW Dept. Fair Trading. Would you believe, they assigned a Case Manager to this one, and I've had three phone calls in past few weeks, asking for websites etc. as Budget continue to deny the website advertising exists !!!

Unbelievable !!

AFAIK, the Qantas website only talks about car rentals through budget.

Having said that, I thought trucks counted - look at what Budget are advertising.

I'm sure I noted 'car and truck' rentals in the T&Cs.

Given Budget specifically say trucks earn points on their own site:

Yes, but the OP is arguing about what is written on the QFF site, for some reason. I would think you would have more success pointing the Fair Trading people at a website that actually says what you say it says (in this case Budget), and not at QFF that doesn't.
