Hi,

So it's February and I have just retained my SG status with DJ for another year, albeit 8 months before the renewal date and 17 eligible sectors flown
I currently have QP with 190 SC's. I have quite a bit of SYD to MEL,BNE,OOL,PER coming up and my QP membership is up for renewal 31st Aug.
If my next trip to PER in march (plus a day trip to either MEL/BNE) was flown on QF i'd qualify for Silver and I'd only be 400 SC's from QF SG.

The big question is: Should I head towards DJ WP or QF SG?

- mind you if I had SG with QF id work towards platinum for the all mighty business lounge!

Depends how you value the benefits and what sort of flying you will do in the following year, I suppose. Mainly domestic, as you list above for recent past and coming months? Or a mix of domestic and long haul, where different factors come into play? (Partners, lounge access, baggage allowances etc).
How is the future looking? And what have you enjoyed in particular about QF or DF services and facilities to date?

Are you flying much international in the next 12-18 months? If so, where?

Not much international, I'd like to go to New York or London.

I haven't had much to like at QF, however what I do like at DJ is:
- Priority Security
- Priority Boarding
- Massive leg room in Row 3 (QF Row 4)

It's a no-brainer then, go for DJ WP.

You do seem to have answered your own question.
Like one.
Don't like much about the other.
Value the features that your preferred airline provides.
Go in peace!

Ok, I havent flown QF enough to have anything to like about it, as whenever I have flown it's been as a NB.
All my DJ flying has been as a SG (I got SG due to having Accelerate).
