Aside from a negative report after a similar question last year (http://www.australianfrequentflyer....ns/has-anyone-had-experience-alpha-35273.html), I don't think there is much experience in these parts. The other thread should offer a caution though!

Thanks for asking this question, I had also wondered with not much feedback around on them.
I received some tempting J quotes from them and didn't feel I would be covered if things went pear shaped. They are US based.
As it was a considerable amount of money for J flights, I didn't want to risk losing it, so decided to play safe and keep searching.
So I had a "danger will robinson" moment also. But would like to hear if someone has had a positive experience
