Dear Red Roo,
Where are you?
Have our personal critiques
Silenced you for weeks?

You used to post so often
And our views of you did soften
But now when we post a question
You are mute without expression

Have you been feeling ill
As your share price goes downhill?
Perhaps it's just dislike?
Or have you also gone on strike?

Just putting it out there, have the DJ/VA reps been more active than Red Roo lately?

Just saying its been fairly quiet from both camps as of late.

The reason why we need a dislike this post button. We get it Tony, you want priority boarding - we don't need to hear it like some proverbial broken record.

It's TonyHancock not "Tony"! :p

I'd noticed that too!

In saying that I could have done with some help from the JQ rep after they changed a flight of mine with no communication. However the JQ call centre was extremely helpful so all is sorted

Dear Red Roo,
Where are you?

Red Roo, you may be able to answer this one for me as both staff on the Qantas frequent flyer number and the normal JetStar number have been of little help:

I am currently putting together a couple of award flights in the system for the middle of next year out of Cairns and I can not access award flights on Jetstar after June 30 (coming home). One flight is going on to London while the other is going into China

I phoned Qantas and their answer was "Jetstar do not release seats as far out as Qantas". A bit more prompting gave me the response of "I have no idea on Jetstar award flight release timeframe"

Cairns to Tokyo return on Jetstar makes sense for me in *class/business, as there are always award seats available to and from London with BA in all classes out of Tokyo.

Anyone have experience with Jetstar award seats release time frame?
