Missing rows on 747 upstairs

I am currently selecting seats in J upstairs on QF63 to Joburg on 4th October. The right hand of the cabin looks normal, all the usual rows. The left hand side is saying that the only seats are those in rows 11, 12, 13, and 17. It's not that 16, 18 are blocked, there's just white space.

Is this an unusual config 747, or am I missing something?

They are most likely reserved for the SAA codeshare.
