Any Status Credit promotions for Velocity?

I'm sure many of us are waiting for news on the Velocity status revamp, and I noticed the QFF double status credits promotion, and I was wondering if Virgin would do the same and when was the last Status Credits promotion from Virgin if any? I guess I'm getting a little edgy as I'm about to drop a level.

I can't recall ever seeing an SC promotion at all. I believe there have been a few Velocity points promotions over the years, but none just dedicated to SCs.

There has been a few bonus point offers when flying with partners (e.g. Virgin Atlantic, Etihad etc.), not sure whether there was a SC bonus too though.

There was a points/ SC bouns around two years ago. May have been targeted as selected members though. HAven't seen anything since.

I'm sure once the Virgin Australia reps on here read that they will reorientate their whole marketing program to help you out. They're very helpful like that
