Expedia offers a price match service if a customer can prove they can find a cheaper equivalent airfare (exact same flights).
I managed to find cheaper flights though bestflights.com.au but since all my other flights have been booked through Expedia I decided to provide them with the business if they could price match.
After being told that they would price match, 2.5 months later, I still have not been credited for the difference in flights nor provided with their $50 travel voucher.
This is even after 4 calls to their customer service area, the first 3 calls I was told that the issue has been escalated to "the relevant area" that handles the price matching. The 4th time I was to be called back by a manager within 15 minutes....I am still waiting a day later.
Pathetic. Should have bought the bestflights fare. Has anyone been able to make headway with Expedia on similar issues?
