Yes, when they say take out areosols that includes ur deodorant spray!

Guilty .

Funny story of how I held up the MEL screening line (already gone through it) and though they were checking EVERYONE for their aerosols, stood there for about 30 seconds (Brain didn't click that none of the screening staff cared).

The worst part. serfty was standing there watching me look like a compleate n00b:lol:

People who complain about tiger when the problem was their fault not tigers!

Those people just take the cake of the most annyoing bunch on the plane then worse when you actually make it onto the plane and they are sitting next to you whinging the WHOLE way.

Nobody cares if your bag was 0.001kg overweight and you had to pay $20, you should have read the conditions of carriage which comes with the itinerary when you book that says MAXIMUM of 10kg:!:

People talking really loudly on mobile phones in the lounge.

Like the old guy who sat down near me just now. Stop ringing everyone in your phone to tell them you are in the QP. I hope his battery goes flat .

The security nonsense we have to go through.
When the security screener insists that you have something in your bag you shouldn't have and you have to upend your handbag to prove it is not there. At BNE the guard insisted I had 2 lighters in my bag, He says you can only have one. Ended up being the house security door opener. Then repack your bag and the secondary screener grabs you and wants to swab for explosives and wand you. This is wasting valuable lounge time.!!

Sounds like my lipstick when we were screened on the tarmac tour last year. They were convinced I had a lighter and were disappointed when I proved them wrong :D.

People who chose the middle seat on a practically empty flight.

I swear that the check-in staff probably do this to particularly annoying customers thinking 'stuff you, you can have a middle seat'. Unfortunately, this then annoys paying pax on either side. Not well thought out but it makes the Checkin agent feel better I guess:(

Security queues/process
People in security queues/processes who are not ready or are covered in metallic objects that are hard to remove.

I have to admit, I was guilty of that once... My very first QP experience, on a flight from BNE-MEL-ADL, QF took my bags off at MEL but forgot to put them back on. As a result QF placed me in the QP that evening for my ADL - CBR flight as an apology.

Of course given it was a novelty and given that no one in my family had been in a QP before I had to tell them all about it.

People who stand on the walkways. They are there so you can go faster not so the lazy people don't have to walk

The problem with public transport is that the public uses it

If you are travelling with a few colleagues, it is not that much more expensive to charter a private aircraft for short domestic trips. You save heaps of time stuffing around in airports and get a timetable to suit you, not the carrier. You can also have a decent meeting on the aircraft without prying eyes looking over your shoulder.

And most of the things listed in the thread above just disappear! :)

People in the queue in front of me for screening who take 10 years to sort their stuff out, and then hold me up at the other end by re - packing instead of clearing off. People talking really loudly on mobile phones in the lounge. People who do an entire makeover in the aircraft toilet whilst I'm outside. Anyone drunk. That just about covers it ;)

yes, yes, yes, yes, yes and Yes!!!

If they know they need to get things out and ready why the hell do they start searching for them when they get to the top of queue.........totally p*sses me off as well.
