Since I no longer have a full-time driver in NYC, I always book with Strussers Limo service, which I discovered 9 months ago. They are a booking agent and have never let me down. Ever. Not the cheapest, but very reliable.
 
I use NYC Limousine (nyclimousine.com) - have never had a problem with pickups and on-time trips, and recently they've been offering free in-car WiFi which is handy for catching up on emails after many hours in the air.
