Sipping champagne while lying almost flat, I wondered if air travel could get any better.

How the heck did he manage that?

I’m sure the passenger beside him who couldn’t recline got some compensation, but that would really suck. Especially considering had they not upgraded the author for free, that presumably paying pax could have had his seat ;)

I love this comment on the article, just for the image alone:

I've flown Business on a few airlines and your only mistake was flying BA. I'd rather be strapped to the underside of a seagull than fly BA again.

In line tapped on the shoulder? (BTW its a she)...

Utter load of cough if you want my opinion, this was a paid J (see the credits at the end)

Typical no news bullsh!t

I said as much on their comments, but what a surprise, they didn't publish it...

I have noted a few of your comments on no news munital. So i have started too.;)

'Tap on the shoulder' would seem to me to just be a figure of speech for being given an upgrade and in the credits all I see is that she travelled as a guest of a hotel ; where does it state that it was paid business class?

I see nothing wrong with the artcle; it is a review of a trip

Maybe nonews should just fund some of us flying around, and we will write them reports for free?! :D

Yeah, but we are usually pretty pro QF, which doesn't gel well with nonews editorial policy...

(side note, has anyone noticed the distinct lack of anti QF stories of late? IMHO the anti QF stories they have run, QF was mentioned in passing rather than as a headline)

Well maybe they should give it to me. I am certainly not pro QF
