Saw the news on this "T123 Transport Hub" in Melbourne today, did not even know this change was happening.

Was there any communication from QF as to what is happening to the T2 kerbside F entrance and check-in? I can't imagine it would be used much by people walking between terminals. Will it be unstaffed or closed off completely?, and will QF change F check-ins to have a meet and greet at the Transport Hub a bit like what they do in Sydney currently at the kerb?

It is located close to the terminal side end of the northern pedestrian overpass.

With that, they may keep using it.

I'm taking an educated guess to say the majority of passengers using it came via car though, meaning its likely not worth staffing for the few people that might walk up to it now.

I guess we'll have to wait and see what Qantas do.
