ALL Status Recognised even booking made outside of Accor

I booked an Accor Hotel on Qantas Hotels (Mantra Perth) using my Qantas Account during 6 QFP per $ spend, and it seems despite it doesn't count towards Accor Status, the booking is showing up on ALL app, and surprise they gave me an upgrade and a bottle of red wine as appreciation of my status!
Surprise that Qantas is integrating further to Accor system and that's another value towards more Qantas loyalty.

I booked an Accor through Qantas hotels and they didn’t even recognise my status at check-in!!

They said ‘no benefits at all’ (no welcome drink for example) because I’d used a third party booking site.

That was 18 months ago however.

I think you’re right. I booked the Mondrian in Doha through the QR holiday thing and I didn’t get a welcome amenity but the nights counted for me.

That’s very unusual.

IME, only bookings made via Accor website / app automatically appear in your ALL Accor “Bookings”.

Even during my Corporate days, Accor bookings made via the Corp TA (which were eligible for perks/points etc) never appeared in app and the TAs booking ref was different to what you’d get from Accor - so no way of forcing it in. I’d have to ask at checkin if they had my details.

Must be super lucky then!
To be honest the hotel was the cheapest and I deliberately avoid Accor due to Qantas Double Points in WA.
I checked back my booking turned out they upgraded me to 2 bedroom apartment for a quick overnight stay whilst I was waiting for next Cathay Pacific service.
