Noticed today that when trying to view the "manage trips" section on the QBR website it shows no upcoming and completed trips now. That's quite inaccurate

On the home page it shows recent activity and even shows this accurately

Good old QF enhancements. Anyone else having this issue?

It’s due to the new platform. Bookings not made via Qantas.com don’t show up

Yes and this is an annoying change where travellers have separate outbound/ inbound bookings.

Booking via Amex Travel where ABN subsequently added on personal QFF Manage Booking no longer appear on QBR.

Hopefully QBR points will still flow through.

That's definitely not correct. None of my work bookings are made on qantas.com but via our corporate travel agent. I've got a CX flight to HKG showing up in two weeks but not my flight to MEL next week. Other staff have some of their QF flights showing. It's total mess.

You can't actually log out of the site either. A popup comes up telling you to contact the site admin and then finally shows...

This seems to have officially gone live on 23 Nov.

QF have a press release here: https://www.qantasnewsroom.com.au/m...agement-experience-for-australian-businesses/

I've noticed my bookings seem to be reflecting accurately in the new website now, including bookings made on Qantas.com where the ABN was specified. I also made change to one of my bookings using QF MMB and this updated on the QBR website immediately.

One nice feature of this new website is that it lists the ticket numbers for Qantas bookings. Nice touch and I wish QF MMB would do this.

My most recent bookings made via QF aren’t showing but all QF Hotel bookings are there.

Probably worthy of a seperate thread but there’s a bonus 1K points per booking offer (flights, hotels and AVIS) through to 8 Dec. Also a freebie 200 pts doing the “What’s new” pop up.

Rather than starting a new thread, a further “enhancement”.

Not sure if it’s just me, but when you logged into your personal QFF account, there used to be handy banner showing your QBR balance and Tier. Sometime earlier this week it seems to have disappeared… Now I have to login into QBR - which for me is a PITA as it always takes two screen with the same correct login credentials to get in….😡

Oh and BTW, since this thread was started - the level of detail and booking management available now via the QBR dashboard is quite good. I can even manage seat selection for SYD+1 when we’re on seperate bookings, as well as retrieve eTicket info etc.

All QF flights and QF Hotels bookings appear, regardless of being booked via QBR or directly (and adding the ABN later or at the time of booking).

Although, as mentioned here, booking Hotels should be done via QBR to maximise earn. I’ve not tried to since raising the thread but hope to test it soon…

Anyone else seeing this oddity - my QBR activity statement appears to default to about 12mths ago…🤷‍♂️.

Yes noticed this the other day. Only affects the dashboard once logged where it shows your most recent transactions - these are all from last year but when you drill down to the actual activity statement it then works correctly.

Yes, it’s been a couple of weeks…For me, it’s 12mths old stuff even logged in.

I have to click on last 30 days etc to see most recent…

Appears to have been fixed.

I'm showing recent activity, although nothing for August which is concerning.

The QF IT system remains as bad as ever!
I am very frustrated with Qantas Biz Rewards online booking system.

First, I had an Avis rental reserved in a "trip" along with a hotel booking. I needed to cancel these bookings, and used the Manage Trips link. The hotel one was easy to do, but the link to manage the car rental was dead - clicking it did nothing. I then tried finding the booking on the Avis website, but since it hadn't been booked in there, it wasn't possible to find it. Calling Qantas was a waste of time, as they said to just call Avis! I did, and they found the QBR booking, cancelled it, and rebooked for my new date. Back to QBR, the old/cancelled reservation never disappeared or updated. I sent a query through the QBR support system, and they just came back with "sorry", and we'll let IT know about it. No rental car charges seem to have been made (it was not a prepaid), so that's a good thing, but very frustrating and time-wasting.

Now today I looked to see that all is in place for a trip tomorrow to TSV, and the hotel booked shows a property in Palma de Mallorca, Spain!!! Drilling down, the details given are the name, address, and map link for Spain, but the phone and email address - as well as room choice - are for the TSV hotel. Calling Qantas Hotels confirmed the booking is in their system as the TSV hotel, but they had zero explanation for why it's showing in my "Trips" as a hotel in Spain. They have now asked for a screenshot, which I have sent. Possibly another IT "glitch", but it is very frustrating to have to deal with this. I certainly don't want to pay for two hotel nights - one of which is on the other side of the world!!

Has anyone else had weird stuff like this happen in QBR, or is it just lucky me?
