Noticed today that when trying to view the "manage trips" section on the QBR website it shows no upcoming and completed trips now. That's quite inaccurate

On the home page it shows recent activity and even shows this accurately

Good old QF enhancements. Anyone else having this issue?

It’s due to the new platform. Bookings not made via Qantas.com don’t show up

Yes and this is an annoying change where travellers have separate outbound/ inbound bookings.

Booking via Amex Travel where ABN subsequently added on personal QFF Manage Booking no longer appear on QBR.

Hopefully QBR points will still flow through.

That's definitely not correct. None of my work bookings are made on qantas.com but via our corporate travel agent. I've got a CX flight to HKG showing up in two weeks but not my flight to MEL next week. Other staff have some of their QF flights showing. It's total mess.

You can't actually log out of the site either. A popup comes up telling you to contact the site admin and then finally shows...

Just checked again now and my MEL trip has magically appeared.

This seems to have officially gone live on 23 Nov.

QF have a press release here: https://www.qantasnewsroom.com.au/m...agement-experience-for-australian-businesses/

I've noticed my bookings seem to be reflecting accurately in the new website now, including bookings made on Qantas.com where the ABN was specified. I also made change to one of my bookings using QF MMB and this updated on the QBR website immediately.

One nice feature of this new website is that it lists the ticket numbers for Qantas bookings. Nice touch and I wish QF MMB would do this.

My most recent bookings made via QF aren’t showing but all QF Hotel bookings are there.

Probably worthy of a seperate thread but there’s a bonus 1K points per booking offer (flights, hotels and AVIS) through to 8 Dec. Also a freebie 200 pts doing the “What’s new” pop up.

Rather than starting a new thread, a further “enhancement”.

Not sure if it’s just me, but when you logged into your personal QFF account, there used to be handy banner showing your QBR balance and Tier. Sometime earlier this week it seems to have disappeared… Now I have to login into QBR - which for me is a PITA as it always takes two screen with the same correct login credentials to get in….😡

Oh and BTW, since this thread was started - the level of detail and booking management available now via the QBR dashboard is quite good. I can even manage seat selection for SYD+1 when we’re on seperate bookings, as well as retrieve eTicket info etc.

All QF flights and QF Hotels bookings appear, regardless of being booked via QBR or directly (and adding the ABN later or at the time of booking).

Although, as mentioned here, booking Hotels should be done via QBR to maximise earn. I’ve not tried to since raising the thread but hope to test it soon…
