Gifts for cabin crew

Rinse and repeat on my MEL/BNE flight this morning.

Really friendly male (older) FA who was from Belfast - so we got chatting at the door whilst I waited for the aisle to clear. He was clearly surprised and the male CM looked at me quizzically. So I explained I do it for all my flights.

The FA came back with this after takeoff and before normal service - (I’d normally not have champagne at 8:30am but what the hell!). He even offered a refill but I was driving home.

Was flying from SYD-BNE on QF today. Repeatedly thanked for the lovely chocs I'd bought for crew. Only I hadn't. They didn't believe me at first when I said it wasn't me. The generous person may well have remained a mystery

Crew on VA91 MEL-DPS yesterday were just fabulous 👍 There was a serious medical incident during flight but Crew performed sensationally for entire flt 👍

Their little gifts were dispensed to them mid flight and for next couple hours we were continually offered food / drinks gratis of which none were accepted.

I went to WC at one point in time and when I returned to seat this VA bag was on it:

And something else I learned yesterday - It is possible to spend 6hrs in Y and live to tell the tale 👍
