Qantas A330-200 cabin refurbishments

So if its started then it appears VH-EBG , currently in Singapore will be the first.
All the other 332s that are reportedly getting upgraded (EBL-EBV) are flying.
EBG returned to service today on BNE-MNL. Seat map for the return flight is showing its original configuration.

Why a 3 year gap between 787 deliveries? Did QF stuff up fleet ordering that badly?
