Nice Brunello. Still young.

Was very good however I’d give it few more years or alternatively very long decant if drinking a young one.

Thanks. I had a 2021 Relic a few months ago and double decanted it for 24 hours. It made a huge difference.

Relic is usually the most approachable of Standish wines when young.

Decent red enjoyed at Satara Camp in Kruger National Park. Classic Bordeaux blend

A lovely saperavi from Hugh Hamilton called the Odeball
Didn’t know much about this variety until 2 years ago when we were in Georgia and went to the Telavi & Tsinandali wine region out of Tbilisi.
The region, wineries and wine were fantastic

Travis reminds me so much of his dad Robert when I would see him at the cellar door back in the '80s. If you get the chance definitely go and visit Travis.

The cellar door visit was definitely a highlight in our time in the valley. Travis was certainly a great host.
