Coles gift card offers

Unfortunately the physical good food card doesn't work at my favourite restaurant but I got around that by converting it to a digital card.

Bought a few hundred bucks of TCN cafe restaurant cards and I have blown them all already, so this is good timing. I am wasting too much money on take away meals and eating on the run.

Can you wait a week? Because Coles will be offering 2,000 points on the $100 denomination of the more versatile TCN Restaurant gift card from the 26th.

Would you know if the digital cards are on Visa MC networks or EFTPOS network?
I know that these EFTPOS cards are not accepted by Square, so I wonder if they can be accepted once converted to wireless.

This is a better deal than this week; but I just bought 5 Good Food, as I'm running out, and Sydney Fringe is coming, I'll be eating out a lot for the next few weeks!

Physical TCN merchant category gift cards are Eftpos but once converted into digital gift cards they become Mastercards.

You can convert all TCN merchant category gift cards from physical Eftpos cards into digital Mastercard gift cards.

Yes.

I bought some of the Gift gift cards and checkout dude tells me that I can come back tomorrow and buy more, ie a 5 cards per account per day. That's not what the T&Cs say even though I have recollections of that being the case. Or maybe I'm recalling Woolies.

You can buy more, just that you won't earn the bonus point. The check out is 100% correct!
