Never heard of them, but from their website “about” section:

Due to increased investor interest in the venture, an announcement is expected in early 2010.

No doubt an announcement was also expected in 2009, and 2008, and 2007…

I sometimes wonder if these things come about from school projects, but then why would they go to the trouble of registering domains etc etc.

"Pacific Southwest Engineering" have been trying to launch an airline since 2003 (and probably even earlier).

One can probably sum it up well with that infamous "The Castle" quote:
"Tell 'em they're dreamin".

The rego on their A320 is VH-UTO, the first rego AN used on their mail services aircraft.

And apparently Flight Bookings are not currently available... awww ;)

Maybe it *is* the same plane Ansett used as their mail services aircraft, and the A320 bit is a mistake. Passengers would love flying in the comfort of a Fokker Universal :)
