We got one after a disastrous trip PER-SYD in October for a family funeral. We were allocated to three different aircraft whilst waiting for take off , the first two having a U/S forward toilet, and we eventually had to board the third aircraft on the tarmac. We arrived 3 hours late. I got one of these surveys not long after, and gave them the whole story with no holds barred. Heard nothing back from them.

Yes, and I've declined to respond on the basis I don't want to be blamed when Qantas enhances the FFP based on "feedback".

You just can't take Qantas at face value IMO.
