Thoughts on Passport Rewards?

My experience has also been poor; the popup is a memory-hog that slows my computer to a crawl. So that got uninstalled almost immediately.

My real issue is that I made two small purchases with different suppliers on 1st September and the points still haven't arrived into the account. I've seen the response above from Sid, saying that it takes up to 100 days and that just won't cut it in this competitive market. They don't even show up in the history, which to me says that it hasn't tracked at all. And that's a real problem.

It has a lot of potential to be successful - especially with the untimely demise of CashRewards! - but imho it is currently on life-support and needs urgent care.

Has anyone signed up to the gold/platinum tier and used it to book hotels? Are the discounts/benefits actually available? Have been disappointed by other programs like Accor Plus which promise much but fall short.

A major omission, in my opinion, is the lack of a food delivery service as a partner. By this I mean Doordash, Uber Eats or equivalent. Lots of people work from home and sometimes order their lunch in this way.

Agree, it doesn't seem like the Gleam website which is running the competition tracks entries properly. I've joined Passport, follow on IG & have the extension installed on my laptop. That should be 3 entries but shows as zero even after 'entering' the comp using the same email as my passport account.

Also, the competition entries relating to purchases doesn't seem super clear. Would the entry be granted upon purchase, tracking or final confirmation of points?

Can @sid-passport clear this up?
