Ok so I have jumped on this offer because I was going to be 20 status credits short to retain Gold QFF. Booked the flights marked for Qantas extras and am about to go on the 4th of the flights in 2 days which achieves what I needed. But what a nightmare - unable to check-in online, unable to use the Airport kiosks, so check-in counter is the only option left. Just as bad for those staff as they are unable to make it work either. After lots of ringing around finally someone is found who can override the system and issue me a boarding pass. Is it just teethng problems or have I made an error somewhere? All Jetstar staff involved have come back to me with "it is an issue with your Club Jetstar account". Had anyone else experienced the same problem?
