Came across the same 'Preferred seat' mystery which was just discussed a few posts ago. The placement of the preferred seat row makes zero sense at this point. These two are from QF291 and QF2. If only the preferred seat would come with better pillows, food, drinks, width & legroom, service and empty neighbour seat...

I'm flying Jetstar from Bali back to Australia with my family I'm platinum with Qantas is there a lounge in Bali that we can use as we have a lot of time at the airport

The Tujuwan Lounge is used by Qantas flying J @Stephen76
Platinum does not get you in sadly.
You can purchase entry (pending capacity) about $50 AUD

Should you choose to pay and enter, ask to go downstairs where it is cooler and quieter.
Not a patch on QF FLounge though!

How much time are you planning at the airport? If more than say 3 or 4 hours, recommend getting a room at the Novotel Bali airport.

It’s connected to the terminal with its own security entrance. Rates are as low as $110 in advance, or $150 for immediate stays (ie tonight for example). Great little hotel where you can swim, shower, sleep.

QF gold didn't get us in flying QF J last year @MEL_Traveller so I suspect it is only JQ Max bundles that do.
It is not an affiliated lounge - trust me, we gave it a try!!

Following up on flyfrequently’s post where it was mentioned only QF J gets access… that doesn’t marry with the QF lounge page which suggests for partner lounges, platinum and gold FF when flying qantas, should get access.

Think Tujuwan Lounge is classified as a third party /contract Lounge @MEL_Traveller
They were very firm denying not only us but status QF on JQ flights lined up behind us in June 2024.
Happy to be corrected though.

Edit : June 2022 denied access on JQ flight J (when it was 787) as QF gold

We entered in 2024 as paid J QF
