Wendouree allocations and general discussion

relatively new to wendouree but enjoyed every bottle I've had. I remember 2018 was a good clare vintage, any thoughts on the Cabernet based wendouree's from 2018? or too eary to say?

Visiting McLaren Vale and had a visit to the downstairs cellar of Victoria Hotel to pick a wine for a dinner.

It was never going to be a quick process. As I have indicated previously, patience and loyalty are critical.

I've been on the list for more than 30 years.
Waiting, and patient. Not sure how much longer the current reign has left, but I look forward to placement on the list when the time comes.

This is pretty standard. I reckon you're a chance next year. You should hopefully have a green crayon mark on your order form.
Here's hoping, what would the green crayon indicate compared to no crayon on the order form?

EDIT: name change to improve my anonymity

Green crayon is indicated after a few years blank including a dated form and then progressing to green. But you’ll stay green for some time until they move you to Red and upwards of that colour beyond. Years of loyalty to progress then you become a High profile APBirks Signature like DR Ralph and others 😉 after 20- 30 years. We have family on Red and and I’m Green and been in for some time now with both.
