Coles gift card offers

Your suggestion would still means losing points I should be getting.
Quite the opposite, actually. All I'm saying is that if you are going to buy additional Mastercard gift cards to replace the ones that failed to activate then you should scan a different Flybuys card when doing so since the card you originally scanned has already reached its five gift card limit for the offer (even if they didn't all activate).

Good thinking, but I am not sure if this works, because when they did the refunds, they didn't just scan the gift cards and refund, they had to manually type the details of the failed receipts. This happened at both stores, and I know they did, because the staffs at both stores took my original failed receipts, then looked at them carefully, then one finger from one hand pointing at the numbers of the failed receipts, while another finger from another hand keyed the details into the cash register, while generating the refund.

If the cash registers are referencing the refund transactions against the purchase transactions, then they may also adjust the Flybuys transactions accordingly.

Have you seen refunds being or not being deducted from your FB account? I just logged in, and I am not seeing any transaction at all (but my Bunnings from yesterday already appeared)

It's worked for me multiple times, most recently when they last ran this offer in August. I expect they'll fix it at some point.

The Flybuys app won't show your Coles transactions until the following day at around 5-6pm but if you have linked your Flybuys and Coles accounts you can access your receipts instantly via the Coles app (go the More tab and then select Orders & Purchases).

On my receipt one Mastercard appears as DECLINED whilst the rest are APPROVED. I did not purchase any more with that account but I still received the bonus and standard points for all of them. None were clawed back in the months that followed.

I too had just 1 card declined, but I expect the full quota of 10k FBs.
I don't see any advantage or disadvantage if having 1 card declined and going thru the refund process. Still take out limit of 5 cards.

That's good to know. I like the PDF receipt function in WW Rewards app, so this is useful.

Is this the first time where there are so many of us unable to activate these cards?

This is good information and shows that like I said, having a card fail to activate is advantageous to everyone since it results in free points. And with the simplicity of acquiring addition flybuys accounts, anyone wanting to buy more for other purposes can easily do so.

Anyone else missing Apple gc points? It posted as a $50 transaction but no 20x bonus.
Still no bonus points for last week's Apple cards. I did online chat yesterday and after dodging the AI bot got a human who was barely empowered to "send it to a whatever team". By contrast the one I bought at Woolies posted immediately, points showed up before I left the store. Why can't Coles up their game?

I can't even get through to check the balance on line; keeps saying there's a technical error and try later.

As FlyingFiona, check balance website works for me.

My transaction and bonus are appearing now for me....as per VantageXL
