I just logged into my Citi prestige account this morning and got this message:
There are multiple threads discussing many similar aspects of the changes by NAB. Perhaps it is time to stop the multiple speculation threads until concrete evidence of the future/ongoing features of the various cards is locked in?
My post was to point out that multiple threads on the same subject were already in play. I think everyones attention had been caught before Wednesday when this duplicate thread started. Nothing new hereThe info in this thread isn't speculation - it's confirmed if you log into your account (but it has not been directly communicated by email, AFAIK). I'm not sure why we wouldn't want someone drawing this to everyone's attention? It's a pretty big deal, and not everyone logs in to their Citi account very frequently.
I was responding to your comment "Perhaps it is time to stop the multiple speculation threads until concrete evidence of the future/ongoing features of the various cards is locked in?". You seemed to be suggesting that that this was just speculation and not yet locked in?My post was to point out that multiple threads on the same subject were already in play. I'm pretty sure it was meant to be interpreted as " we don't know anything more about the new cards." Earn rates, partners etc. Everyone knows they're coming.I was responding to your comment "Perhaps it is time to stop the multiple speculation threads until concrete evidence of the future/ongoing features of the various cards is locked in?". It not look like we will find out about MyCard till after 16 Nov and then it will be too late to do anythingIt would be easier to make decisions if NAB provided some/any info relating to points after the MyCard migration.
It does not look like we will find out about MyCard till after 16 Nov and then it will be too late to do anything
So better send to SQ ASAP from Premier card before being stuck with VA. o
points only last 3 years in SQSo better send to SQ ASAP from Premier card before being stuck with VA.
no more Krisflyer eitherJust chatted with citibank CS - what i was told is post migration on 16th Nov, points redemption will only be applicable with Flybuys, Krisflyer and Velocity, no more Cathay and Etihad, while other benefits remain the same, this is Citibank Prestige
Was it stated if KF redemption rates remain the same? And doesn’t Prestige also have Avios option? New list of Prestige transfer partners would be same as current Premier list.Just chatted with citibank CS - what i was told is post migration on 16th Nov, points redemption will only be applicable with Flybuys, Krisflyer and Velocity, no more Cathay and Etihad, while other benefits remain the same, this is Citibank Prestige
