So presumably it said 15 minutes (so really 30+) and 250 points ?
If you over achieve on some early questions (especially the banking products), the surveys can take a lot longer than advertised

Best not to be too enthusiastic answering the questions on what you have, what you like and what you know…
 
Are people's points crediting to their QFF? I've not had anything since 30 September move across, a backlog of nearly 500 points at the moment
Did a couple of surveys on the 9 October and haven't received the points as yet. Previous surveys were on the 17th September and received those points on the 18th September.

No. I’m missing about 5 or 6 x15 ea since 25 Sep. I hadn’t noticed they’d not posted.

I am awaiting points for a number of surveys going back as far as 1 October.

Could the delays have anything to do with the earn status credits on the ground promotion? Survey points from earlier this year credited under utilities & services, so it'd be a bonus if they are valid for this promo! The FAQ doesn't say either way:

I was pondering if they’d count also - haven’t bothered looking as I don’t need them but I’d assume they don’t (along with Wellbeing points) or probably anything you don’t need to spend money to earn.
 
All of mine posted within 1-2 days up until 30 September and nothing since. ~1000 points backlog as of now. The new quarterly prize drawing also still shows zero entries for me despite doing 6 surveys, so definitely seems the system is stuck.
 
I'm missing points since early Oct as well. Must be a tech thing as we seem to all be in the same boat. Hoping they fix it soon.
 
I've noticed on catching up with some surveys this morning that they all seem to have the same caution message in the survey completion screen, which I don't recall seeing before. Seems to align with concerns above? Hopefully not too long with the waiting. Anyone gone past 10 business days yet?

I believe that’s always been there but I am happy to be corrected.
