Singapore F redemption downgraded!

I find the chat people helpful, but yes ask for back office to open up saver space seems required
This seems very optimistic and hopeful. What would be the wording that you say to the customer service for this? Would you need an e-mail? When you say chat people you mean online chat, not over the phone?

call the call centre, ask them to pull up your booking, get them to note the downgrade, ask for options.

If they come back with ‘no availability’ (etc etc), ask them to please send a message to the back office to request saver inventory for F class to be opened up on SQxx_ due to schedule change and involuntary downgrade.

Make sure they note it’s an involuntary downgrade.
