Accor Members can make requests in this thread for other members with an active Stay Plus to check availability for use.

Is there a way to check availability for the Accor Plus Stay Plus (free night) while currently holding a reservation for the same? It seems to disqualify you from searching for potential better options before it's used.

Hi all, am looking at signing up to Accor Plus for a family trip to Singapore in April next year, but not sure its worth it unless i can make use of the stay plus night. Is anyone able to check if Sofitel Sentosa, Swissotel or Fairmont have stay plus availability across 21 - 24 April? Thanks in advance ;-)
21-24 April 2026: stayplus available in Singapore hotel as of today: Swissotel, Pullman Hill Street, Pullman Orchard, cannot find for Fairmont, for Sofitel city center/sentosa, need to book min 2 night to use the stayplus (so 1 night paid)

Thanks roulette21, this is really helpful. Appreciate you looking into this for me.

For singapore stayplus will the availability generally improve or worsen closer to the date?

An interesting conundrum.

I should have paid attention but didn't to the Accor Plus rule that says you can only book two rooms at the 'Red Hot Room' rate.

Being the rate that it is all rooms are paid in full.
Back in April I made bookings for six rooms (14 people) on each of two different dates at a Melbourne Airport hotel. Somehow there was an error in numbers so I contacted them for it to be corrected.

They now realise the error (as do I) but they don't know what to do about it.

Thoughts anyone?

When is the stay? If it's quite soon you could use some member for a day certs (you'd probably need one extra which an AFF member might be able to gift - I have used all mine) to give some of your guests Accor Plus entitlements.

Otherwise I'd make the point that the booking engine shouldn't have allowed you to book more rooms than the T&C permits... They've offered the rooms for sale, you've already paid, end of story.

It's their mistake and they should honour it. As @sudoer said, the booking engine should have not allowed it in the first place.
The stays are 6th August and 23rd August.

If needed I could use all three of my member for a day certificates and I am sure I could get another from someone here.

The ball is currently in their court so I am awaiting for a response. I have told them I am aware of the two limit going forward however it's their problem as they accepted the booking 3 months ago on April 1st.
