Ask someone for an adviser referral. I don't know if still continued but at one stage you could get a 5k sign up bonus on your first order if over a certain amount (I think it used to be $500).

I wish that is the case. I am PC and have asked several times to be added to their distribution list but this request gets ignored
… I always have to ask for my local adviser to email me these phone only deals. Maybe there are better local advisers to do business with.
