The confusion is that there's 2 different pdfs but if you click on the offer terms (rather than 'view participating locations') it will link to those 2 pdfs, one of which is a list of hotels and the other which is for dining locations.

Spent my 1 Delicious Month credit today. Belrose Hotel bottle shop (@andye )spent $146 to receive one (only) $25 credit. Made a dent. Effectively made my effective purchase;
Jameson Whisky x 1L = $65
Bushmills Black Bush x 0.7L = $51
Jacobs Creek Reserve Chardy = $5
Must do it again with my other card. Pity it is only a one shot.

I confirm this stacked at the Meat & Wine Co in Southbank Vic this week. It did so despite the restaurant not even being on the AEDMO map.

I also got a refund from a food court place i go to who weren't on the Amex list, perhaps as long as they are restaurants and accept Amex it works.

I am 3/3 for receiving credits from restaurants not on the Amex list this year for the Delicious Month offer. I am starting to wonder if any institution coded as a restaurant that accepts Amex is included in the offer.

I have a datapoint for this too. The restaurant is affirmatively on the map but they've switched to Lightspeed and it didn't pay out.

Yes, it stacked on my dining on Sunday 4 May. $200 and another $25, credited 3 days later.

Lightspeed transactions will have LS in front of the transaction name.
