Yeah, I know.

I was 600 under 14,000 bc I was waiting for my final 1,000 status points of 2024 to post to get me across the line, but they landed on 2/1/25. The issue is I only received 11,000 status points from ALL in 2024 and I should have received 12,000. Something happened in Feb 2024 that changed the date of points landing. I didn't get any points in 02/24.

Waiting for points that had consistently (since March) posted a month late?

I don't understand why you were surprised that the points posted in Jan - nothing in the intervening 9 months pointed to any other outcome?

As an aside - you were aiming to get Platinum for a for a Hotel chain that you don't use - or used for a maximum of 1400 points - which is not a lot of staying at Accor?

Maybe a lot of future bookings that Plat will be a benefit for?

I hadn't noticed the discrepancy between the Feb points being posted in March and no posting in Feb, until I didn't renew at Platinum. I then took a closer look at why I didn't get the 12,000 status points.

I knew 1,000 points were posted monthly, so I (wrongly) assumed the 12,000 were covered, and I was focused on getting across the line with my paid bookings. I was Hilton Gold, so I mostly used Hiltons this year.

I pay on the 29th of each month, so I thought the December payment would back apply the points, but they assigned the SC to Jan.

And yes, I was planning a big year of Accor bookings this year at Plat level, starting with 2 weeks in Vietnam in March - all Accor bookings.

Still undecided. Going to decide before the VF points increases on Jan 20 as I need to book SIN-HAN, SGN-SIN award flights with SQ.

The other fly in the ointment is I didn’t make Platinum with Accor due to a technicality with the dates status points are applied. Trying to see if I can get it resolved before I book my hotels. Not holding my breath.

If we go ahead I’ll update you with full itinerary and hotels soon.

I've only recently signed up to ALL Signature, so let's hope that it goes as planned. When I paid, I first received an error page. However, when I log in to my ALL account, I can see the first lot of bonus points and status points, so I assume that it's gone through - let's hope that it doesn't conflict with my Accor Plus account. I never received a transaction notification on my phone from the card that I used though. I've started this journey now, so let's hope for the best.

Accor Plus can be combined with ALL Signature and ALL China. But not with others.

If so, I received that (and obviously was super concerned) but I noticed that the payment went through and immediately received my first allotment of Status Points and Rewards Points.

Processed as quarterly payments, not sure if it's auto payment or will have an error and have to complete manually again April - time will tell

Had to email to request they award it as it didn't happen automatically.

@Wing_Man did the payment go through even though an error screen popped up? When you log in to your Accor account, you'll be able to see your subscriptions and whether the first lot of bonuses have come through?

If not, then I'm not sure what the issue could be. I agree that the ALL Signature website certainly has some coding issues that could be rather easily rectified.

A very happy update on my Platinum status issue. I hit a roadblock in every direction with ALL customer support since early January trying to get them to apply my missing 1,000 status points from Feb 2024 (due to the short month and the points being applied in March, so I only received 11,000 points instead of 12,000 in 2024).

I'd given up all hope but flicked my email to the highest executives I could find in France yesterday.

Someone must have taken pity on me because I had an email from the head of ALL loyalty in Brazil this morning, who retroactively applied my missing 1,000 status points to 2024, so I made Platinum overnight. Woo hoo!

Unfortunately, I've made almost all my Vietnam bookings, including executive lounge access, but the rooms with lounge access are not much more than standard rooms, so I'm not too fussed. I'm amazed that someone noticed and cared enough to remedy my situation.

This shows it's worth not giving up immediately when promised benefits are not delivered.
