I am planning a trip to Morocco next year and I am thinking of the below route - BNE - SIN - IST - RAK , with the first 2 legs on SQ and last leg on TK.

Would I get a through check in or would I have to get an evisa??

TIA

From the FAQ page on the Turkish government e-visa website:

The same FAQ page also says that Australian citizens can obtain a visa on arrival if you don't already have one, so if you do have to leave the international transit area (eg. to check in for your Turkish Airlines flight), it's no disaster (but expensive).

If all one pnr, and your bags are checked through to Rak, you will not need to clear immigration at Ist, and hence you will not need an evisa.
