2024 F1 Thread

Good 16+ minute interview with David Croft on ABC Grandstand earlier today about the upcoming season...

Give me Martin Brundles or any of the other SkyF1 teams thoughts over what Crofty has to say any day of the week. I mean he's a nice guy and all that but Martin/Jensen/Anthony/Karun/Bernie/Ted/etc have way more insight imho.

Don’t disagree with you there.

The series is much more interesting than the actual races which tend to be follow the leader and boring at times. :)

No issues here on Kayo Basic plan (so not 4K).

From whirlpool, it tile isn't showing scroll down to live channels and just watch 506.
Thanks for the suggestion. Seems to be working now, but I’d not had any luck with any workarounds (e.g 4K stream, standard stream). Admittedly hadn’t considered the 506 livestream.

Dan with a smirky smile, max with a little one.
And Bottas continues with his mullet and mo.

Rest looked fairly normal.

Have to say that Sauber livery is looking good on track. Wondering how long before Kayo start sponsoring though as the colour scheme is soooo on brand 🤣

Just stumbled on this thread - am planning on joining the Shanghai GP this year, but missed the reddit posts on tickets being released via the race-track promoter (with no notice on the official F1 site).
As such I was at least a month late to the ticket release...

It seems the local app for official release has sold out of everything, and scalpers are taking the piss with 6x the original price on sites like stubhub...

1. Does anyone know if there are any other promoters selling tickets? Official resale? Or just keep checking the local app if people cancel?
2. Is anyone else planning on going?

I know it’s only P1, but…
