But did you look at the seating plan. The $999 seats also seem to include the exit rows towards the rear.

I had the amazing experience of being on what was at the time the only ever exclusive charter as part of a corporate gig a few years back. Brand new 747, flew further south than anyone ever had. The picture on my profile is from that flight. We were gone for 14 hours. We had J service throughout the entire aircraft. Amazing day and night. You could go anywhere in the plane to take photos, including F toilet!!

depending on the flight path it could almost be considered a RTW trip, just with no stops!

Technically it goes SYD - MEL - SYD. Just takes a lot longer on the return

So what are rows 66 and 79 like on the qantas a380? Exit rows. Are there windows? Looks like there is some massive exit row thing on row 79?

I have sat in row 66 and row 80. Row 79 has no A or K seats making 80A/K the best (IMHO) Economy seats on the aircraft.

66A/K are v. good seats but very little view outside.

But you are purchasing SYD-SYD . Its like when you purchase LHR-SYD you get points/SCs for LHR-SYD not for LHR-SIN-SYD or LHR-BKK-SYD as you may actually fly. Its all about what the ticket says!

I have had that on a ticket when reaching the sector count on a DONE4 and wanting to upgrade all the way through from J->F.
