Can someone please help me ASAP, I'm not getting anywhere with Qantas overseas consultants.
I have a RTW award booking that commences this Friday, and I've found out that the last flight QR900 has been removed from my booking.
The latest e-ticket received 6 weeks ago shows all flights confirmed. However, I have confirmed that the Qatar flight was removed last week without any notification to myself or Qantas.
Qantas has sent the problem to one world to look into it. However, it has been 7 days, with no response from oneworld. I am flying this Friday and can't keep waiting for Qantas to hear from oneworld. I have checked with Qatar and they confirmed there is no award seats available on that day. So I'm not sure how Qantas or oneworld is going to get them to re-instate the flights onto my booking.
I have emailed [email protected] for assistance, but have not had a response from them. I marked it as urgent.

Can someone please give me advice how I get some action ASAP. As the flight is this Friday, and I definitely want it sorted before I leave Australia.

I sympathise and understand this issue only too well. Happy to discuss by phone tonight. Just send me a direct message with your mobile and I'll call you if you get this in time. There are certain steps you can take to understand what's really going on in detail, which in turn can (not necessarily will) assist/empower you to triage the situation. If we speak, remind me to raise the credit card insurance angle too.

It appears that the OP was travelling in early May so would be interested to find out what the outcome was
