Award Business Class Return Flights to Los Angeles

Good grief! How many years ago was the chart I had in mind??

You need to look for classic awards only. They aren’t easy to find on the qantas website, but you can go to alaska airlines, and using their main booking engine search ‘using miles’ (award travel).

They have a calendar which comes up and it lists qantas flights and fiji airways flights. If you can find seats there they should be bookable through qantas.

On the qantas booking page click the icon for ‘classic awards’ when it comes up with the results. The default page is the points plus pay (or full $$ fare converted to points).

If you are not feeling confident, or don’t have the time… and it can take hours of research, AFF has a service where they will find award tickets for you. There is a small fee involved.

Thank you. I will take your advice into consideration. All a bit overwhelming at the moment but I know I need to get cracking considering the timeline.
