I didn't realise there was an airport at Useless Loop. I had a look on Google Earth and sure enough, there is an airstrip there. The terminal facilities at "Useless loop International Airport" seem to consist of a carport and a long drop dunny.

It's only 23 km east of Steep Point so it's very likely the Westernmost airstrip on mainland Australia.

CBR has international accreditation so diplomatic flights (and RuddAir) can arrive and depart without needing to route via another airport.

HBA has had direct flights to NZ in the past.
