Emirates Lounge Access on JQ International Itinerary

Yesterday I flew QF from SYD to CHC and had an opportunity to try out the wonderful Emirates lounges @ SYD which I got access to as a QF Gold flying QF on a trans-tasman. Which got me thinking, would it be possible to access said lounge if travelling on a similar JQ international itinerary (i.e. SYD > ZQN?) if it was a QF marketed flight? One other question, (albeit not related to JQ specifically) - can I guest people into the Emirates lounge if they are also flying on a QF marketed and operated flight?

Fair enough - I thought I'd push my luck here to see how far I can go with the access. Heck, next time I fly JQ internationally, I might try visiting the EK lounge anyway. If I have to do the walk of shame from the lounge, I'll be the first to let you know
