Finally received my first credit from the DMO offer overnight!

I notice that the spending must be on hotels and/or car hire. Flight spending is not eligible…

I previously had this offer and booked a flight on Amex travel (to use my travel credit) and it triggered the offer.

Still waiting for my credits from two weeks ago even though I got the e-mails (delayed) saying I qualified. DJs Amex if that makes a difference

My Amex delicious month out promo qualifying spend on 7 May (Amex Plat). No acknowledgement email. Cashback paid on 18 May.

Tonight made a qualifying spend on the Plat Reserve, instant acknowledgement email received.

Spend on 11 May, not acknowledged nor paid yet. Was at a local listed hotel (part of ALH group). I feel a fight coming up.

Can't you just pay using the link from the last invoice?

I never got a link, they just auto billed me for the last invoice.

I received an email that I used mine. Only checked in yesterday (hotel preauthorised full stay amount). Obviously have to settle on checkout next week but I expect the cash back won’t be far off.

No ack or cash so far for dining….

On my Platinum Reserve, I got two emails on 1 May and 4 May saying I've used the delicious month out offer. Now when I check the map, that particular restaurant is no longer listed. I swear it was there before. Dodgy!!!

Same thing happened with the shop small too. A merchant was there originally, but disappeared from shop small, but they are still taking Amex.

No. The primary card holder is responsible for any debt racked up.
