Good luck with the court case! By the way does this mean that I can sue the airlines everytime my flight is cancelled or delayed and causes me great inconvenience? I didn't think so....
 
Hmm, QANTAS is clearly determined to make this dispute as protracted as possible.

You might not, but I understand some freight contracts have provisions for damages when flights are delayed.
