Qantas Wine latest offering

I went in for a sixer of the Seppelt Show Reserve Sparkling Shiraz - $600 for a six pack, minus the $175. Happy, as I'd been chasing this one for a while, and it turned out cheaper than the Cellardoor sale that was running at the same time.

AusPost is shocking, one of my orders arrived yesterday. The 2nd should arrive Monday, tho it's been in Adelaide since Wednesday & the 3rd apparently got sent back to Melbourne and it's on its way back here to arrive after Tuesday.

Just ridiculous! I wish they'd all stop using their service, and find someone else!

Anyone used the Qantas Wine website recently? I am not a fan of the new layout, it defaults to 'use points to pay' and none of the previous order history is retained. Delivery was quick though, ordered Monday the 11th and it came today Tuesday the 12th. Also had a Qantas wine magazine attached and letter from October 2021 attached saying welcome to Qantas wine however maybe that was just attached at an earlier stage.

The new website is terrible!

Good luck.
I can ring Amex and file a complaint?

It's basic math, $180 - $50 = $130

I don't know where the $14 came from? Shipping is free.

They responded to my complaint about my damaged box, just poor AusPost service so hopefully they respond to this now.

I too dislike the new web site layout/operation. I normally look at bonus points deals. Finding such deals is now a lot more difficult. I did manage to find one for 12,000 points for 12 reasonably decent reds for under $300. But I really do not like the default to "use pints".

The new website is that bad it’s enough to turn me off using it, and I buy a lot of wine lol.
How on earth did it pass user acceptance testing?

So many issues it’s hard to know where to start.…

Indeed, try as I might I couldn't find the button to press for bonus points.

I guess I might give them a ring and tell them so.

The way I found it by hovering over the various Black/White text tab options (Red Wine, White Wine, Rose, Sparkling etc.) and then selecting "Bonus Points" under the "Latest Offers" grouping.

You need to take note of the default quantity in the listing. For example, if 1 bottle is the default, then the listed bonus points is per bottle, but if default quantity is say a case of 6, the the listed points is for the case:

This one would be 6000 points for a case of 6 bottle.

While the one below would be 4800 points for the case of 6.

And this is the Mixed Case deal I bought earlier in the week ... shown as having been shipped but no points posted to my account yet. I hope the web site enhancement did not enhance the points crediting process.

Thanks, I'll give that a try, but I can't see how this will increase the sales of Qantas Wine. I would have thought that most buyers were quite savvy people. Otherwise they'd go elsewhere?

Perhaps they gave the site enhancement project to the IT work experience kid again

Pick me... I'm happy to help with UAT anytime... for appropriate consideration of course 🤔😉😁

to search for bonus points however over spirits, then selecting bonus points seems to work.
