5000 pts back when you book a points/points+pay via QBR

I haven't received the email or seen the offer in my QBR account as yet. Maybe it will show up tomorrow or the day after, I have long given up on trying to work out how the QF/ QBR marketing emails work

I haven't received the email or seen the offer in my QBR account as yet. Maybe it will show up tomorrow or the day after, I have long given up on trying to work out how the QF/ QBR marketing emails work
There‘s a small splash page on my QBR dashboard and a “Find out More” red button which takes me to the same page as from the email “Register now” link.

No distinguishing marks or features to tell if it’s targeted.

Beware as it seems QFBR haven't got the memo about free changes to Classic Rewards flights before end of Feb 2022.

I booked a Classic Rewards flight for this promo, but then changed it and the booking engine said no points will be charged as the points for the new flight were the same and there will be 0 change fee, however my QFBR points balance went down by 3500.

I have sent an online enquiry but from my experience with QFBR they take at least a week to initially respond and then nothing to follow up.
